Types Of Candies

Heaters melt the sugar, and this melted sugar is squeezed out by tiny holes by centrifugal pressure, and the molten sugar solidifies within the type of strands, then a stick, cone, or arms are used to gather the strands.

b. Marshmallows

The use of marshmallow to make a sweet dates back to historical Egypt. It's prepared utilizing egg whites, corn syrup and sugar. Now a days, marshmallows are prepared by process of extrusion. Extrusion is the process in which we drive semi solid paste of sugar by way of small orifice to give it cylindrical shape.
